Concrete solution, sure. Make a screen capture of your entire page with
the menu on one line. Save it as index.gif and upload it to your server
in place of your index.html.
Seriously, though, the real solution, as in most things in life, is far
more difficult. It is a matter of attempting to comprehend and embrace
the essence and nature of the Web. This, by comparison, makes
understanding CSS look like child's play.
