    Get the one I used, only with some updating and fixes applied: 
<http://www.favelets.com/>.  It's the one under "Enhanced User 
Interface," and has its own "sticky-note" to go with it.  As an 
IE5/Mac user, I use the "View style sheets" a lot, because when 
someone asks "Why doesn't this page work?" I can go to the URL, hit 
that favelet, and see each external and embedded stylesheet pop open 
in a new window.
