Sorry, but you can't expect an element in the flow to hit an image on body with any degree of precision. +/- 1px off is to be expected, and you'll get a lot more if you apply font resizing in browsers. You will have better response across browser-land if you delete the background image on body, and instead style the elements directly to appear as you want.
