[css-d] Site check

Could anyone who's running NN4.x/W please take a look at the 
following page:

I'm using MS conditional comments to do browser sniffing and the 
@import hack to hide the IE style sheet from NN.  

My problem is this: in NN4.79/W95, the header, nav bar, and footer all 
render as expected but the page content has been replaced with a giant 
block of white space.  Any thoughts?

Note: the links in the respective nav bars are not functional.
