Weird footer issue in Firefox, Opera, IE6, IE7 -- SOLVED

Audra,

You were EXACTLY right!!  That was the first thing I had checked when this
first occurred, but I guess my old eyes didn't catch it, as the difference
was so small.  It is now working correctly, thank you!!  ;-)
