just so everybody knows, we've been doing this at www.waferbaby.com for
quite some time now. sign up for mybaby and you can create your own themes
and look at other users' themes too. granted, it's no huge search engine
(just a personal site) but it's really a blessing to be able to edit the
default stylesheet and make it your own.
