[css-d] Skin an Internet search engine using your own CSS

AlltheWeb.com is enabling users to download a sample css file, make whatever
changes they'd like to make to it, and then letting the users skin their
site with that css.

This is a very interesting idea, it goes beyond (way beyond) letting users
increase font sizes to letting them customize the appearance of the site in
every way.
