Can two IE7 running on Win XP render different?

How can this be? And what do you get in IE7?

I looked at this in IE7 on WinXP pro from home and the layout is great,
no gaps either above the image or below (there are two slide shots that
are too skinny and have gaps on left/right). The footer fits flush, the
Main content and photos are up flush against the menu.

Then I go to a day job and decide to look there. Same Browser, same OS
- IE7 on XP Pro SP2. And I have gap showing above the photo and content
and below the photo and content.

How can that be? It looks fine in Firefox and IE6 from what I can
tell. But I am wondering now. What do you folks see?

Thanks
