I had tried that but it didn't seem to affect it. I'm not using any z-index
settings but I'll mess with them some more. I think there's something else
to this since Eric's version works just fine on css/edge.

I realized that *after* I posted but got side tracked. I also forgot to
mention that the menus don't stay out (at least on the Mac versions of
Mozilla 1.1a) when you go to mouse over them.
That's my story and I'm sticking to it.
