I have a page where the left column is the navigation with a fixed width in pixels, and the content to the right of it is fluid in its width. The problem I'm having is that the content protrudes out to the right what seems to be the same amount of space that the navigation is taking up on the left. I simply want the content to extend to the right side of the browser window instead of out of the bounds of the window.
