I second that.

In general: IE7 is a an IE6 with patches and add-ons, and with few real
fixes. Thus, the same old bugs tend to reappear in "new coats" and is
often harder to fix than their equivalents in IE6.

This 'Web browser standards support' is beginning to give clues on what
IE7 may fail on...
