Site Check - Logo Flicker in IE 6.0

I can reproduce the flicker. It's kind of an interesting effect...

The person probably has their temporary internet setting set to check for new versions of the page
at "Every Visit to the Page" and so IE goes and fetches that image every time it's hovered.

Tools>Internet Options>General-Temporary Internet Files-Settings>Check for newer versions of stored
pages: Every visit to the page.

The person can set their option to "Automatically" (which is the default install selection) and the
problem will likely cease to occur.

I leave my option set on "Every visit to the page" and accept that images are going to flicker. I
know that /most/ regular visitors will not see this little IE bug manifested.
