my thoughts exactly. instead of coding all your javascript twice and
switching with (document.layers) tests and the like, we're now coding all
our CSS twice to get round the centering and margin bugs and switching it
around with @imports and similar.

or, as I intend to do when I finally redesign in CSS, ignore NS4.x/other
older browsers and stick to the letter of the law. (with degradation,
obviously...)
