I didn't say that I wasn't specific about telling them what browsers 
will be supported.
So far when NS4 has been required I have been able to work the CSS so 
that it does work in these browsers.

I would never go into a job with out making sure the client and I 
both understood very clearly which browsers are to be supported. Then 
if they do go and look at it on webTV you can point to the original 

If you support the browsers that the client requests, it shouldn't 
matter to them whether you use CSS or not.
