You might want to be a little more specific/clearer. This approach works 
fine in IE5+ (perhaps earlier, I haven't checked), Mozilla, NN6+, as I use 
it myself. I haven't checked Opera.

It doesn't work in NN4.x, because that browser requires some content to 
"push out" the boundaries of the DIV.

So, as long as she's not worried about NN4, or plans to do something else 
for NN4, then this approach works fine.
