An excellent document, and one to which I think the list
information page may point in the near future. I would like to point
out that it was obviously written for a different type of community
than this list's, so the section "On Not Reacting Like a Loser"
doesn't precisely apply. I firmly believe that in this particular
community, it is possible to be polite and respectful ("friendly," if
you like) without compromising the usefulness of the list. Well,
actually, I believe that's possible for any community, but never mind
that now. That's why the list policies contain the section titled
"What to Ask and How to Answer," and will for as long as I'm
chaperoning.
