What David is getting at is that alt text shouldn't describe the image,
it should provide a textual equivalent of it. In your case, "Kennedy
Canine Center" would be much better alt text. Email me offlist if you
want more details on this.

Yes, I know that some versions of Norton do this, and probably other
programs. Never name an image "banner.jpg" unless you don't mind it
getting blocked.
