Probably, but...

That looks like tabular data to me (ignoring for a moment the
philosophical endless loop that anything in a table is thus tabular
data...).  Moreover, a table would be the best way to mark it up,
inmyfarfromhumbleopinion.

Just go wild styling it! :)
