Interesting bug in Safari. The left column seemingly collapses in  
width, and the middle column slides over the left column.
I say seemingly, because it is there, but has a zero-width compute  
value.

Commenting out
#nav li {
	/*float: right;*/
}

restores the display.
The good thing, you don't need to float those <li>, except maybe in  
IE windoze.

The hover effects on your left column are (polite voice) annoying.
