Inspired by a message Els posted a few days ago, I finally got around to doing a CSS layout to replace my current table layout. My shot at it has a good assortment of problems, I'm sure (and comments or suggestions gladly welcome!), but for now I'm trying to fix just some simple ones ... In Firefox, the navigation and the photo gallery appear side by side. In Win IE 5.5 (and possibly other versions of IE, I don't have any others available to me), the photo gallery refuses to appear beside the navigation. I notice that IE also seems to widen the navigation column more than Firefox does.
