Howdy folks!
I have a little theoretical question.
Let's say I have a page with the 'line-height' set to some value,
perhaps '110%'. Then in a div I specify 'font-size:6em;' in order
to make some text real big.
Should the line-height for that div be adjusted by the browser
to match the increased font-size? I ask because none of the major
modern browsers actually do this. To make it happen I must
apply a line-height to that div.
Note: if I don't specify a line-height globally, the browsers do
adjust line-height. (well, Op6 is still a bit buggy)
I can't find a clear statement on this in the W3C specs.
BTW, this is for a demo I'm working on, so dibs, OK? :]
