Hey All-
I've got a problem with some CSS positioning of boxes enclosing text and
placement of grahic elements I'm hoping you can help solve.
On a Mac: In IE 5.1 everything lines up properly. In Netscape 6+ and Mozilla
1 the center content box is low by 1 pixel and the position of the top right
graphic on the page is way too low.

I'm not sure what happens in other browsers and platforms yet.
The site is still under heavy construction so please ignore some of the less
elegant placeholder graphics.
