Looks pretty good, although on every page, the "Features", "Archive" and "Login" side boxes have their bottom portion shifted ro the right about 3-4 px. I'm using IE 6. Also, and this is just a personal preference, in those side boxes, the reflective text seems to get in the way and create just a bit too much noise with the smaller text bellow. Hope that helps.
