form elements in mozilla

By "form elements" do you mean fields?

If so, then I don't know what you're talking about, because in Firefox 
on WinXP if you drew a straight line across the bottom of normal text, a 
text input and text in a button, then all the text would meet the line 
at the same position. In other words there is no offset in Firefox at all.

Internet Explorer is so far off it's not funny.
