Moved down a line?

Hi Eveeyone i havent posted before so hope this is right *smiles*

made the title float left insted of text-alaign works in my firefox and ie

float: left;
vertical-align: middle;

width: 80%;

margin: 0;

padding: 0 0 0 1em;

font-size: 16px;

white-space: nowrap;

border: 2px solid #009900 ;
display: inline;


#baricon {
width: 13px;

height 13px;

border: 2px solid #009900;
