a textarea poke out, and a line height issue

The textarea is absolute positioned, so clearing it won't work.

You may try adding...

#frm{
padding-bottom: 100px;
}

....or something of that nature, to create a suitable space for it.

You can also redefine everything into floats and flow, and avoid
absolute positioning. That'll make clearing work.
