Hi, this is my first post here and really my first attempt at using css. I bought "More Eric Meyer on CSS " and am using the css for the horizontal menu. sample: www.chemtech-usa.com/2005-2006/html/test.htm css: www.chemtech-usa.com/2005-2006/script/vertmenu.css (i think that it formats correctly when you view it in Firefox) Anyway, i'm running in to a problem, where i've been trying to have the toolbar auto stretch to a table cell. by changing the margin in the div#nav it seems to have worked in IE, but not firefox. #nav { float: left; margin: -1px 0 0 0em; <--------i changed this from 7em to 0em ---------> background: #bcbcbc; border: 1px solid #AAA; } Additionally, whatever i did, has made the formatting correct in IE, however, the menu is unfunctional and the width too short in Firefox. I would like to put this into a page i've already made: www.chemtech-usa.com/2005-2006/html/index.htm I've been racking my brain for days. please, any help that you can provide would be great. thank you.
