[css-d] site check (IE < 6 especially)

Sent by Timothy J. Luoma on 5 June 2002 00:12

I am re-vamping our church's rather lame website (I can say that b/c I'm
the one who did it in the first place)

The new version (start page only) is at http://dev.tntluoma.com/

No one here has any real idea about web design, so I'm taking this
opportunity to make it XHTML/Strict + CSS (although I will check that it
degrades in NN4.79)

The page & the css validates (no errors or warnings), but of course that
means very little :-/

I'd especially like to hear how the site looks on IE4/IE5.x since I'm
using XP and only have IE6 (and no Mac access @ all)

I'm probably going to make the other pages very similar to this start
page, so I want to make sure I'm getting a good start before I get too far
gone ;-)

Thanks

TjL
