IE column shift problem

Tried to move it up as first child of the right column. No change.
The column still drops here initially.

width="250px" height="90px" seems to stabilize it in this case.

I'd say don't remove the alt as it is required, insert the dimensions 
always.

Or just let it drop and tell the CEO it's by design.
