Probably you cannot reproduce the float drop locally, as it seems to be
related to the connection and the incremental rendering of the page.
I can reproduce it here by uploading the files, renaming the folder each
time before I access it in IE with cleared cache.
(Another, not very reliable method is to hit refresh a few dozen times
unless the page is rendered completely).
It seems to be related to the alt text of the image
alt="Microsoft Windows Server 2003, Red Hat Linux, Plesk, Cpanel,
Macromedia", as I have seen this spurious bug at css-d three or four
times now.
Try a version without this alt text, and please report if it helps, it
is not a very common bug.
