Trivial Pursuits: The page is unreadable at 1400. Putting it in
'accessibility mode' makes it readable in IE at text-size larger and
largest, but breaks the h-nav. And deleting font-size: 11px; from the
body does the same on zoom in FF (makes it readable at 1400 on zoom, but
breaks the h-nav).
