Alignment problem in IE

One final IE quirk to tweak.....I have the content for this and other pages specified so that the
title, arrows, and art all center align. But its not matching up in IE. Would this be another case
of adding padding: 0 somewhere to correct IE?

Is there a place that lists what fixes can be made in IE for different types of problems?

This will just about do it for all the sites I'm working on...thanks again to everyone for their
abundance of help...I have been quite amazed at all the help I've gotten...I've been wanting to
clear some of these issues up for a while now.
