For sure "#id.className { }" should work. As well as
".className.anotherClassName { }". There is no mention about it on the
documentation (at least not on the
<http://www.w3.org/TR/CSS2/selector.html>), but, following the logical
that comes from "h1#bla" and "h1.className.otherClass", "#id.class"
should work.
