Do you mean by this that if I set a border of 1px it will work in all the
browsers?
I don't really mind too much about the width of the border - it is more
important that one shows up.

I've just tested it on IE5/PC, by applying different classes
to table cells, and it won't display a .5px, or a 0.5px border
on table cells. Neither will Opera 6 on PC. It will display
a border of 1px. When I try a 1.5px border, IE5 displays
it as 1px, but Opera does not display a border at all.
