Ah. Yes, I certainly wouldn't want to go that far.

This shouldn't happen with normal CSS (@font-face) embedded fonts, and
didn't happen for me. I suspect it's something to do with the Netscape
PFR plug-in.

Certainly don't as far as Netscape 4 embedded fonts are concerned. On
the other hand I've had no problems at all with CSS embedding and EOTs.
(Other than the interface to Microsoft's EOT-making application being crap.)
