I see the gap in IE and Firefox 1.0.6. I am not an expert, but not being
able to see your .css I believe I solved a similar problem on my site
http://www.mobiledatasys.com/ by setting borders and margins for top and
wrapper divs to zero. I was then able to create the gap I wanted below the
top div by setting a top margin for the divs inside the wrapper.
