Validator Encoding Note

Most likely your host is serving this:
Content-Type: text/html; charset=UTF-8

And you have this in your page(s):
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=iso-8859-1" />

In DW8 you can modify the page settings at:

Modify>Page Settings>Title/Encoding

or just, you know, type it.

see what's going on if you look under "Information" then "View Page 
Information" and "View Response Headers".
