cell spacing - how do you write this in css?

Fortunately I went and checked the spec before shooting from the hip
and wrongly "correcting" you for the order of sides and top. Which
leaves me wondering why the W3C let some properties be defined as
top/bottom then sides (or clockwise from top) and others as sides then
top/bottom. That's just dumb.
