I'm afraid you can't have both border and margin on the body in PC IE. The
easiest solution would be wrapping your entire page content in a <div> and
then assigning the styles you've currently have on <body>, to to that <div>
> and the borders around the images are directly round the images!
I didn't quite get what you want your images to look like, but if you want
space between border and conent, you should use the 'padding' property.
