FIXED] IE - Clickable transparent link?

Huzzah!

Ross' suggestion to use opacity worked :)

I added the IE Opacity filter in some Microsoft conditional comments, so that I could target IE5.5
and 6. It would appear from my quick tests, that (my local standalone copy of) IE5.0 doesn't suffer
from the problem.
