content overflowing width problem

You could place the content in a DIV with overflow:auto; but I think you'd
have to give an explicit width to get IE to not just expand the column.

Since this a scrolling window is an annoying way to view a wide table,
yeah, offering the table in a popup window might be a nice gesture.
