Step 1 should be to remove the html and css errors.
<http://validator.w3.org/check?verbose=1&uri=http%3A//
www.lessstressdoctor.com/test/bio.html>
<http://jigsaw.w3.org/css-validator/validator?
profile=css2&warning=2&uri=http%3A//www.lessstressdoctor.com/test/
bio.html>

Step 2 should be to remove the css that is not actually used on the
site.

When you strip it down to the essentials, the problems will be easier
to find and fix.
