Here's a left-field approach to generating rounded corners: build the graphics on the fly. It's probably not appropriate for a production environment, but once you're happy with your corners, you can save them as static images and you're off and running: http://www.mindsack.com/uxe/corners/ I'm seeing occasional rendering bugs in certain Mozilla versions; I would be very happy to learn why this happens.
