FF impossible resize bug

Actually no, but now that I've looked, I found a bug but there is no
indication that it has been fixed.  See:
<https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=215916>  My testing
indicates that it is, but I worry that it is fixed 'by accident'

I just wish I could find evidence that it isn't just a happy
coincidence that will get undone in the future.
