Oops! Disregard previous telegram<g>. I *do* need all three lines
(below) to kill the ghostbar in all browsers (PC that is, not Macs).
When I said I only needed line 3, I was working in a page that also
had my Javascript code--I thought I disabled it, but I didn't).

I guess this works because IE ignores line 2, and for everyone else
line 2 overrides line 1, right?
