Is there a difference in specificity between long and shorthand CSS?
In particular for margins and padding on paragraphs.
I changed some long hand declarations for margins to short and got some
unexpected results.
It is worth noting that the elements had all four sides (top, right,
bottom, and left) set in long hand before making the switch.
Perhaps there is an issue in mixing (long and short)?
