This is another frustrating IE bug. That browser will not
honor the 'right' property unless the element contains at
least one line or other content long enough to stretch the
box out to its intended 'right' position. (haccck--ptooie!)
I feel another demo coming on! :]
Sturley is correct; use body margins rather than 'left and
'right' to margin that, and the other boxes, and drop the
'position:absolute' and 100% width.
