Added that and it worked:

Image doesn't disappear either on FF or IE6. And I added a margin for
the text to get it to wrap closer to the cables even though it is ON
TOP of the cable image (under the part of the image where it fades).
Thanks again, looks like I should be able to get the rest of the site
finished with easy now!
Whew thank goodness it's a 3day weekend too!
