The problem with this method is that your sign in link becomes 
completely inaccessible if the user does not have CSS.  Nine times out 
of ten, if you want to link something, it is content, not decoration, 
and should thus be placed in the source of your page rather than in the 
CSS.  I would recommend pulling that image in with an img element and 
linking that, or at least using an image replacement method so that a 
plain text link is available when CSS is not.

Also, please do not include an entire quoted message below your added 
comments.  This makes messages harder to read and makes digests go out 
much more frequently. You must trim out all quoted material to which you 
are not directly replying, then add your comments above (discouraged) or 
below (greatly encouraged) the quoted material.  This will really reduce 
the size of your messages and make many other people on the list a
