My previous resonse was a supplimental to a CSS question. This is now
entirely offtopic so I think I'd better not. You can find the
information elsewhere, Google is a good starting point, the Hixie
document is commonly referenced, the topic is raised frequently in the
HTML groups on Usenet and in #web on irc.freenode.net.
